Class Rules
Interactive Notebook

What is the Interactive Student Notebook?
The ISN is basically an ongoing portfolio of everything we do and learn. Almost everything we do in class goes in the notebook.  Notebooks will be used as we explore, learn, and practice new ideas.

How will the ISN be graded?
Notebooks will be graded for quality work by evaluating neatness, completion, creativity, organization and following directions.  Assignments in the notebook will be graded, as well as the whole notebook.

Where will my ISN be kept?
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN NOTEBOOK!!! Bring the notebook to class every day.

What will happen if I lose my ISN?
You will be responsible for recreating it from the beginning of the year until the point at which you lost it.

What if I am absent?
Get with a classmate, or use the Teacher's Notebook to complete missed work.  Absence is not an excuse for an incomplete notebook.
